About Us
Welcome to Nine Brew!
Nine Brew started with a simple idea: to bring back the drinks and flavors we grew up with in Thailand. From Thai Tea to fruity refreshers, every recipe is inspired by home.
We use locally roasted coffee from Foundation Coffee in Fairfax, VA. Every drink is paired with real fruit purees and flavors you won't find at your average coffee shop.
You'll find us inside Asia Nine, on our upper floor! Our café has its own entrance (just to the left of Asia Nine's main door).

Why the name Nine Brew?
The number nine is considered lucky in Thailand, and for us, it also happens to be everywhere. We’re on 9th Street, in building 915, inside and beside Asia Nine! So when it came time to choose a name, Nine Brew just made sense.
